Quantity Inspection

Commercial risk is closely related to any transport or storage activity of liquids, for both buyer and seller.

 

Trained and experienced inspectors using sophisticated equipment offer quantity inspection services of crude oil, oil products, and chemicals and similar cargoes thus minimizing risk of losses. Quantity inspection is carried out by gauging level of liquids in any kind of tanks– shore, ship, car or rail and weigh determination. Inspection in transport is carried out by monitoring pumping activities and flow measurement techniques. Inspection Certificates issued upon inspection completion and results validation. In addition to final reporting, CI is ready to provide present situation on transportation or stand-by activities 24 hours a day.

 

Quality inspection

Quality inspection is performed to determine elements and verify product quality and to ensure compliance with contract or specification. Croatiainspect carries out inspection and analysis of crude oil, petrochemicals, chemicals, etc any time – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our clients are advised by experienced inspectors about analysis preferences, their advantages, results to be expected and many other questions that my arise.

Upon inspection and analysis completion Croatiainspect prepares and issues Inspection Certificate to approve product quality. Samples of the product are stored for agreed period of time. When necessary, analysis can be repeated to check and verify previous results.


Sampling


Quality is determined by examination of goods. However, the results of testing will greatly depend on reliability of sample drawn. Our inspectors draw samples of goods in suitable manner in accordance with appropriate standards. Samples are drawn  from tanks or pipelines taking into consideration different parameters ( density, temperature, precipitation etc. ) that might affect sample reliability. Sampling can be carried out any time, 24 hours a day. Sample are kept in sealed containers, properly marked and labeled and adequately stored for the period specified by the client.
